This session includes a unique blend of Wellness Coaching, Sound Spa experience with energy work, and Brainspotting. Through personalized coaching, we'll work together to create a session that nurtures your mind, body, and spirit. Brainspotting guides you to process and release experiences that no longer serve you on a deeper level by supporting the natural intelligence of both mind and body, while the Sound Spa portion immerses you in calming frequencies, allowing tension to melt away. Energy Healing is incorporated through the sound experience to restore balance and helps your body's natural healing abilities and create a sense of calm for the rest of your day.

Sound Spa Session

1 hour in-person session I $95

Step into a sanctuary of sound and energy where the harmonious blend of vibrational healing and energy wellness awaits you. In this immersive experience, we will focus on realigning your energy and restoring balance through the power of sound and intentional energy work using reiki and archangelic light. Your session begins with a brief, grounding conversation to set intentions and discuss your personal goals for healing. As you settle into the session, allow yourself to be enveloped by the resonant frequencies of singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other sacred instruments. These soothing sounds are designed to guide you into a meditative state, where relaxation and serenity naturally emerge.

Brainspotting Coaching Session

1 hour in-person $85

Brainspotting is a focused and transformative approach that helps you access, process, and release emotional and physical distress stored deep within your body. This innovative method uses specific eye positions to connect with the brain's natural ability to heal itself, allowing you to address unresolved deep-seated emotional and physical experiences. What to Expect in a One-Hour Session:
In a one-hour Brainspotting session, we’ll work together on a personal goal. Then, we identify “brainspots” – specific points in your field of vision that link to unprocessed emotions or memories, and coach you through what no longer serves you. Brainspotting utilizes both focused activation and focused mindfulness as its mode of operation. It aims at a full, comprehensive discharge of activation (emotional distress) held in the brain as well as the body.

 

In essence, Brainspotting works with the deep brain and the body through its direct access to the autonomic and limbic systems within the body’s central nervous system. It allows the release of experiences and symptoms that are typically out of reach of the conscious mind and cognitive language capacity. Brainspotting is accordingly a physiological tool, which has profound emotional and physical benefits.​
